Working with founders at pivotal moments such as pre / post fundraise, rapid growth, regulatory pressure, international expansion or strategic transitions, helping turn their ambition into structured, scalable execution. My focus is simple: align product, revenue, finance and compliance while delivering a clear operating rhythm that drives performance and reduces friction.

My preference is to build a relationship with the founding team to ensure joint understanding of the challenges ahead. Then I work hands-on, prioritising outcomes over theory. I don’t over-engineer but build the right level of structure to increase accountability, improve capital efficiency, and give founders the clarity and headspace to scale with confidence.
