I'm a Fractional CFO with over 30 years of experience gained in the software and wider technology sector and I have developed a particular niche within SaaS and AI businesses. I have a passion for helping small businesses grow successfully and take a very 'hands on' attitude in my dealings with clients.
I'm an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a lengthy history of working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and telecoms sectors. I've got a strong operational background and have helped deliver 100% growth at various SaaS companies as well as fundraising from VC's, family offices and angel investors.
I'm building a Fractional portfolio with my particular expertise highly relevant to SaaS and AI companies ranging from startups up to £10m in ARR.
I have a deep understanding of the issues growing SaaS and AI companies face including the need for clear numbers to understand the true financial position. I facilitate:
- Cash visibility and forecasting;
- SaaS metrics that drive decisions;
- Forward looking financial models that investors trust.
I help companies pre-raise and also post raise but where cash remains uncertain and founders want to move past gut-feel finance.
