Nicky Urban-Weiss

Based in Australia, Nicky is one of those natural people connectors who you feel instantly at ease with and we are thrilled to have her as part of our journey.

With more than a decade in telco, and most recently with Zendesk, Nicky is primarily a People person, with experience in roles ranging from global HR through to roles in engineering and product enablement. 

Her deep passion for employee experience will give us thought leadership on how the best develop a culture of engagement, retention and innovation. Her holistic view in global, high growth tech environments will be invaluable to the Sisu team.

Lisa Mulligan

Currently based in New Zealand, Lisa has lived and worked internationally including the UK, Singapore and at home in Australia and runs her own business, ‘The Culture Ministry, where she works with organisations to build financially successful and inclusive businesses.

Lisa will bring a unique perspective to us on building cultures, developing and coaching inclusive leaders and driving change in businesses.
