We can offer anything from 1 day a week of ‘top up support’ (maybe to mentor or support your existing TA function through transition) through to full time project support as you scale at pace.

Having started and scaled internal talent teams we love supporting you in setting up the Talent function, guiding you on best tech, recruiting your TA team and guiding through onboarding to ensure they are up to speed quickly.
